Soufiane Taabani is a Data and AI Architect at Stratos. He supports Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, as well as their portfolio companies, on Data Strategy, Cloud Architecture, and Generative AI integration—designing scalable data infrastructures and analytics engines suited to growth and digitization phases.
Before joining Stratos, Soufiane served as Data Engineer at Edge Consulting, where he spearheaded the design and deployment of scalable cloud data pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) environments. In this capacity, he led the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) via AWS Bedrock to automate business data summarization and content generation. His mandates covered the definition of data governance frameworks, the optimization of ETL workflows, and the architectural alignment of cloud services (AWS) with enterprise IT standards.
Earlier, he was a Cloud Data Engineer at SC Ventures, the innovation and ventures unit of Standard Chartered, where he built data platforms to support fintech incubation and rapid prototyping. He also held data analysis roles at BPCE International, where he worked on risk modeling and big data migrations, and at Hamamatsu. He is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale des Sciences Appliquées.
With this background in data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and artificial intelligence, Soufiane now helps investors and management teams translate complex data assets into concrete value-creation levers—aligning technical architectures, data governance, and AI capabilities to secure and accelerate their growth trajectories.
