Frédéric Blachon is Partner at Stratos. He supports Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, as well as their portfolio companies, on Go-to-Market strategy, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and the alignment of commercial and technical organizations—designing growth engines and marketing automation infrastructures suited to scaling and acceleration phases.
Before joining Stratos, Frédéric operated as an expert interim executive and strategic advisor for high-growth startups and large international groups. He served as Interim CDO/CMO and lead consultant for scale-ups such as Exotec and JobTeaser, where he structured demand generation engines and optimized the sales-marketing funnel to support rapid expansion. His mandates also include leading digital and CRM transformation programs for major corporations like The Adecco Group, Becton Dickinson, and Barco, where he oversaw the integration of complex marketing automation ecosystems and the alignment of IT roadmaps with business objectives.
Earlier, he developed deep expertise in technical project management and business analysis, bridging the gap between engineering teams and commercial leadership. He holds an Executive MBA from EM Lyon Business School and an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Polytech Paris-Sud.
