Rachid Maadoum is Partner at Stratos. He supports Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, as well as their portfolio companies, on infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity resilience, and the deployment of enterprise business systems—designing IT backbones, security governance, and operational tooling suited to mid-cap growth and consolidation phases.
Before joining Stratos, Rachid served as Chief Technology Officer at Masternaut (a European leader in fleet telematics, acquired by the Michelin Group), where he led the industrialization of the group's technology landscape. In this capacity, he oversaw the scaling of critical cloud and physical infrastructure, the strengthening of cyber defense mechanisms, and the deployment of transversal information systems to support international expansion. His mandates covered the integration of heterogeneous IT environments, the standardization of security protocols across subsidiaries, and the alignment of technical resources during the company's scale-up from a mid-cap player to a strategic corporate asset. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Ingenico, EDS, and Bouygues Telecom, developing expertise in delivering robust, high-availability technical ecosystems and driving operational excellence in IT service delivery.
With this background in infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems integration, Rachid now helps investors and management teams translate technical robustness into concrete value-creation levers—aligning IT roadmaps, security postures, and execution rhythms to secure and accelerate their growth trajectories.
