Stratos is a consulting firm dedicated to supporting PE funds and their portfolio companies - SME/mid-cap leadership teams.

We take on high-impact engagements—structuring, growth, transformation, and strategic due diligence (IT / Tech / Data). Backed by a senior team of tech and consulting entrepreneurs, we understand on-the-ground realities and adapt to diverse business environments.

This internship is designed for Entrepreneurs minded students. It places you as a right hand to the Partners and at the heart of key topics: strategy, steering, business development, cross-functional projects, and communication.

Job responsibilities

‍Business Development & Sales Ops

• Track commercial opportunities (CRM, reporting, forecasting).
• Support the Partners and team in meeting preparation.
• Contribute to offer design and structuring.

Project Management

• PMO on internal and external transformation projects (structure, processes, tools).
• Coordinate stakeholders (Partners, consultants, vendors).

Communication & Branding

• Produce high-value content (LinkedIn posts, articles, slides, etc.).
• Manage brand positioning and drive the digital communication strategy.
• Contribute to organizing internal/external events.

Strategy & Steering

• Prepare and run operating rituals (business reviews, strategy committees).
• Analyze business data (pipeline, revenue, margins) and provide recommendations to the CEO.
• Build decision-making materials for internal governance.
• Develop AI agents to automate the commercial funnel.

Profile

• Final-year student at a top-tier business school (HEC, ESSEC, EMLyon, etc.).
• Strong interest in consulting, entrepreneurship, and high-expectation environments.
• Excellent structuring skills, analytical rigor, and attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and oral communication (FR & EN).
• Proficient in GoogleSuite apps; knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
• Autonomous (remote internship), proactive, and highly versatile.
