Omnes Medical partnered with Stratos to implement a unified ERP and CRM framework, creating a scalable "plug-and-play" infrastructure to integrate future acquisitions without disrupting local operations.
A scalable IT backbone supporting the integration of 3 new targets in late 2024, standardizing financial reporting for €40M+ revenue, and enabling group-wide cross-selling synergies.
Omnes Medical is the first consolidation platform in France dedicated to value-added medical device distributors. Founded by Thomas Ringeisen and Léo Spector, the group targets a fragmented market of over 4,500 SMEs. With a "buy-and-build" strategy, Omnes acquires market leaders like Méditest (radiotherapy), Fyzéa (physiotherapy), and Défibril (maintenance).
"Omnes Medical responds to the ecosystem's need to turn distributors into modern partners with critical size. Our IT strategy ensures we can integrate these diverse leaders while preserving the agility that makes them successful."

The primary challenge was fragmentation. Each acquired SME operated with its own legacy IT systems, creating data silos that made group-level reporting and strategic decision-making difficult.
Integrating companies with vastly different business models—from Fyzéa’s 3D cabinet simulation tools to Défibril’s maintenance tracking for 150 technicians—required a flexible yet unified approach. With a pipeline of 300+ potential targets, the IT infrastructure needed to be robust enough to rapidly onboard new acquisitions without disrupting local operations.
Stratos Consulting was mandated to structure the IT integration plan, focusing on financial centralization and commercial synergies.
360° Strategic Audit: Stratos conducted a comprehensive audit of the software and infrastructure across all entities to identify gaps and synergy opportunities.
Financial Standardization: Selected Sage across all subsidiaries to unify financial data. This enabled centralized cash management and the production of monthly aggregated accounts managed by Baker Tilly.
Commercial Unification (CRM): Initiated a CRM selection and testing phase to enable cross-selling between complementary businesses (e.g., selling Fyzéa’s equipment to Méditest’s hospital clients) while respecting specific sales cycles.
Stratos delivered a standardized IT model that serves as a repeatable "integration playbook" for future growth. Created a "plug-and-play" IT environment capable of integrating pending acquisitions like CESAM, Pouret Médical, and LVM with minimal friction.
Centralized financial data enabled the group to monitor critical KPIs like EBITDA conversion (>90% for key entities) and working capital in real-time. Implemented operational efficiency tools for expense management and procurement to support growth without proportional headcount inflation.
Blackroom partnered with Stratos to disrupt the commoditized VDR market. Challenge: legacy competitors, pricing wars. Solution: AI-native M&A platform with superior UX. Result: 58% faster reviews, 1M+ docs/month, competing with 20-year incumbents.

Stratos successfully guided Crystal’s acquisition of a fintech startup by acting as interim CDO to bridge cultural gaps, resulting in the retention of key talent and the launch of the Kwarxio digital platform.
