Pierre supports Private Equity and Venture Capital funds, as well as their portfolio companies, on IT & Tech due diligence and digital transformation projects. His expertise covers the structuring of information systems, data strategy, optimization of business tools (CRM, ERP, reporting), and the design of IT governance adapted to growth and consolidation phases.
Before joining Stratos, Pierre spent 7 years at Akkodis as Chief of Staff for the Life Sciences & Healthcare BU (€300M revenue, 3,000 engineers). Working alongside the SVP, he coordinated the global leadership team, supported strategic decision-making, steered budgeting and forecasting, and managed global sales operations. He also led key transformation initiatives including CRM optimization, global database management, large deal shaping, and international bid coordination.
With this international experience in scaling operations and driving complex programs, Pierre now leverages his entrepreneurial mindset and operational expertise to help investors and management teams secure and accelerate their growth trajectories.
