We operate on a 6-month program, designed to execute with high velocity and achieve the defined goals.

CHALLENGE DEFINED

A sprint of analysis with the CEO to understand the Tech strategy and current pain points.

Gate 1 > The challenge is clearly defined and will lead to a sizeable ROI once resolved. C-levels are involved and they can dedicate further resources.

ROADMAP ESTABLISHED

Comex members are interviewed to understand the operations day to day processes and tools.

Gate 2 > Priorities are defined and validated, budget is approved by CEO and exec team.

TEAM STRUCTURED

Evaluation of the team to establish their capacity to execute and lead the deployment. Lacking skills internally with members of the Stratos club for a defined duration.

Gate 3 > Team is structured and briefed and ready to get started.

AGILE DELIVERY

Deployment phasis are structed in 2 week sprints. Governance and reporting are organized between in house and external team.


Short term milestones allow to keep velocity and fulfill commitments.
